Circa 1870-80's gas domed fixture. Exceptional complete and original fixture, with all original parts in working gas condition, never drilled or electrified. Retains the very rare lipped bottom white Bristol glass shade (impossible shade to find). Nickle over brass finish; fancy casting adorning the fixture from top to bottom. The nickle finish is in very good condition, just need cleaned; or could be professionally stripped away to reveal the brass. 31" long overall, with the shade having a 6" rolled over top fitter, and a 12 1/2" lipped bottom edge. Glass flawless, no chips cracks breaks. Add value to your restoration/remodel with period lighting; this fixture can be gently modified for use electrified.
